Brant’s work ethic started to develop at the age of four as he helped herd and brand cattle on his grandfather’s farm. As the son of a pastor, he witnessed the value of integrity throughout his youth. At fifteen, he entered the construction business pouring concrete by hand. These are the experiences that have shaped his work ethic and moral compass. Ask Brant and he’ll proudly show you the callouses on his hands, reflecting a life of honest, hard work.
At age 29, Brant started his own construction company built on the values instilled in him as a child — values that are reflected in the integrity and quality craftsmanship at NDG. Today, as ever, his life is centered around his faith, family, and work.
Brant has been building, remodeling and reselling homes for close to two decades. He is very much involved in the day-to-day operations and plays an integral role within the Customer Solutions Team and the NDG Home Team.
He has a knack for quickly understanding and addressing customer needs, and he relies on the best artisans for the project while maintaining constant customer contact. Through his granular involvement in every facet of construction, Brant ensures that customer expectations are met, on time and on budget.
Through his deep experience, he brings buyers and sellers a unique and valuable advantage: the ability to assess the flaws that stand in the way of a successful transaction and the judgement to advise what improvements are needed to make a sale or purchase financially viable.
Brant takes pride in the fact that 95% of his client relationships are a result of personal referrals from satisfied customers. His reputation for candor and reliability is widely acknowledged in Annapolis.

Alison Whitacre brings 30 years of experience in project management and facilitation to her role at NDG. She has worked for a development firm, as a Vice President for a residential builder, and a Project Manager for a residential and commercial construction company before starting her own company in 1999. She is known for her outstanding communication skills, integrity, and commitment to maintaining focus on the customers’ needs while effectively managing schedule and process.

While Jen officially re-activated her real estate agent license in 2020, you could say she has 25 years of experience. Her real estate education started decades ago at the family’s kitchen table. Jen’s mom, Linda, would share stories based on 25 years of outstanding sales performance as one of the leading Realtors in Maryland, and Jen would soak up her knowledge by osmosis.
